Your
Caregivers
To ensure that services are of the highest quality,
each prospective SOREO employee is rigorously screened,
including background and fingerprint checks. Upon employment
each new employee receives training that covers a wide
range of personal health and service quality areas.
Specialized training is available to support people
with developmental disabilities or specialized health
care needs. After completing training, we provide close
supervision and on-going training of all employees to
make sure that services meet or exceed the expectation
of our customers. We will make changes if a customer
is not satisfied with their aide.
Your Needs
When you make initial contact with us we will help to
identify your specific needs, including required schedules,
family involvement, and language requirements (we have
a very diverse, multicultural workforce). As you move
forward, we then match you with a Service Coordinator
and compatible aide, based on your feedback and needs.
Hours
We provide services at all hours, seven days per week.
