Soreo, a service of Mosaic, is happy to announce the services provided by Prileo Home Care have come under the Soreo name as of August 1, 2024. We welcome those who receive supports and their coordinators and caregivers into the Soreo family. This is an exciting step to expand Soreo’s high-quality services into new areas of the State of Arizona, adding Yuma and Kingman to existing services in Tucson, Phoenix and Casa Grande and the surrounding communities.
In announcing the change, Soreo State Director of Operations Traci Gruenberger said all current Prileo caregivers have been invited to become part of the Soreo team as direct care workers. The service coordinators and other administrative staff have already begun the process to become Soreo employees.
“We value the experience of the caregivers and other staff, so we’re happy to have them join the Soreo workforce,” Traci said. “Especially on the direct care side, we want to ensure those important relationships for people who receive supports are maintained.”
As well as the workforce moving to Soreo, Gruenberger said all those who recieve in home supports from Prileo will now have their services provided through Soreo as well.
“People always have a choice of who provides those important services in their daily lives,” she said. “But we anticipate people will continue to choose Soreo becuase of the importance of the relationships with their caregivers and the quality of Soreo services.”
Gruenberger said one of the reasons the Prileo Management Team noted in choosing Soreo is the organization’s 25-year history of service, which shows stability. Soreo is also a part of Mosaic, a national network, which began providing services to people with diverse needs in 1913.
Together, Prileo and Soreo are excited about this change. It will continue to strengthen the supports you provide to help people maintain their independence.
